Sean’s technical skill and expert knowledge combine to deliver real results for his clients. He is passionate about helping people achieve their goals. He believes if everyone is armed with a solid plan, they have the best shot of achieving their dreams. Sean prides himself on being an honest and trustworthy advisor, and continuously invests in his own skill development, so he can nurture his clients well into the future.
Sean is a proud Sutherland Shire resident who loves spending time at Cronulla beach with his young family including four kids and don’t forget their Labradoodle, Hamish!

Michael Gault -
Senior Adviser
Michael is a Senior Financial Planner with over 10 years’ experience in the financial advice profession. He has extensive experience in strategy development, document preparation and advice implementation. On top of his comprehensive formal training and practical expertise, this ensures Clarity’s “engine room” for quality advice is safe and sound.
Michael prides himself on being an honest and trustworthy adviser and is passionate about managing his clients cash flow whilst helping them to achieve their financial and personal goals.

Senior Adviser
Scott graduated from the University of Wollongong, having studied a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Financial Planning knowing he wanted to make a difference for others with the use of his friendly nature and desire to educate and guide others through the different stages of their financial lives.

Scott prides himself on being a trustworthy adviser with a passion for developing strategies for individuals and families to have the best financial outcome and achieve their personal goals.

Outside of his professional life, you’ll find Scott at the SCG watching his beloved Sydney Swans with friends and family or playing basketball competitively.
Caleb Uncle -
Senior Adviser
After an extensive history working in customer service and hospitality, Caleb made the switch to helping people with their money and finances, pursuing a career in financial planning, with the aim of making a positive impact on the lives of clients. Caleb has completed both an Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning as well as a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
When he’s not working, Caleb enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, reading, and travelling.

Senior Paraplanner
Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the banking and financial planning industries.

Always displaying a love for finance, Chris studied a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Wollongong, a Diploma of Financial Planning and is soon to complete an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. His willingness to continue learning, combined with his practical experience, makes Chris an invaluable member of our team.

Providing valuable assistance and support with complex paraplanning tasks, Chris assists Sean and Clarity clients throughout their financial journey.
​
Away from the office, Chris is an avid golfer, an aspiring handyman and on weekends, loves to spend quality time with his wife and two daughters and their pup Lulu.

Linda Williams -
Senior Paraplanner
Linda has over 17 years of experience as a paraplanner, having previously worked in proofreading and editing in the magazine industry.
With a strong family history in the financial services industry including her husband and father-in-law, Linda enjoys creating financial advice documents which are easy to read and help clients clearly understand all the ways Clarity’s advisers can assist in improving their financial situation.

At her leafy home in the Sutherland Shire, Linda loves reading, crafting including crochet and embroidery, and spending time with her husband, daughter and son.
